Provides leadership and strategic direction for the Colorado State Chapter, overseeing chapter operations, coordinating meetings and initiatives, supporting member engagement, and serving as the primary liaison with national leadership and state stakeholders to promote the growth of field hockey.
Provides support to the President in leading the Colorado State Chapter, assists with chapter operations and strategic initiatives, coordinates special projects, and serves as acting President in their absence. Collaborates with board members and stakeholders to promote member engagement, organizational effectiveness, and the growth of field hockey throughout the state.
Maintains the official records of the Colorado State Chapter, including meeting agendas, minutes, and organizational documents. Oversees chapter communications, manages board records and correspondence, and supports the efficient administration of chapter operations while ensuring accurate documentation of board activities and decisions.
Oversees the financial operations of the Colorado State Chapter, including budgeting, financial recordkeeping, and the management of chapter funds. Serves as the primary liaison with the USA Field Hockey National Finance Team to ensure accurate reporting, compliance with financial policies, and proper stewardship of chapter resources. Prepares financial reports and provides the leadership team with the information needed to support sound fiscal decision-making.
